A prospective-student-perspective audit of CHCP's full digital journey vs. two key competitors, from Google search through lead form submission.

Key Findings

  • Client owned the #1 Google Local Pack position for key program searches — direct competitors were completely absent
  • Post-submit experience had a critical gap: polished confirmation flow on one path, rough experience on the program page where most search traffic actually lands
